This policy describes how Calligraphy Generator handles information when you create calligraphy, use Studio, or contact us.
Text and designs
Your text and chosen settings are sent to our server to render the design. When translation is needed, text may be processed by Microsoft Azure Translator. Signed-in generations may be saved with their text, settings, and images in your private library.
Studio processes your text, shapes, and imported images as part of a design. Saving a project stores its design data, including embedded images, in your account. Studio may temporarily keep a draft in your browser while you sign in.
Accounts and payments
We use Supabase for account authentication, saved projects, and file storage. Your account information includes the details you provide when signing in. Stripe handles payments for paid plans; we keep subscription and billing references needed to provide your plan.
Usage and security
We use Umami and Vercel analytics and performance tools to understand how the site is used and troubleshoot problems. Requests may include browser, device, network, and page information. Security controls process request information to limit abuse.
Cookies and browser storage support sign-in and saved drafts. You can manage them in your browser; blocking them can prevent account features from working.
Support messages
If you email us or use the embedded support widget, we and our support providers receive the information you submit to respond to your request.
Service providers and links
Our hosting, authentication, storage, translation, payment, and analytics providers process information needed for those services. External partner sites have their own privacy policies. Information you send to a partner is governed by that partner's policy.
Your information
You can manage saved designs in your account. To ask about the information associated with you, request a correction or deletion, or ask how long particular records are kept, contact support@calligraphy-generator.com.
